So much news!!

So much to tell! I've been busy enough that there's too much information for one post, but that's a happy problem :).

I recently performed in comedic sketches that are going to appear on MasMejor and Flama, respectively. Those are two amazing online platforms for Latina/o comedians, run by some people I really respect and admire, so that was exciting and I can't wait to see the videos! Woohoo!

I booked and shot a commercial this past week. It was a blast, the crew was amazing, and I got to play around with some awkward moment improv...my favorite!

My video editor is putting the final touches on a sketch video I wrote and starred in all about doing your taxes. Topical!! Tune back in for that video soon!

I've also been busy performing with Pedro Alcocer, the other half of my Spanish improv duo "Los Profesores": Spanish improv for an English-speaking audience. We've been teaching Spanish to people in comedy venues all over the city and it has been so DIVERTIDO*!           *Fun

Last, but certainly not least, the short film I co-starred in along with Neva Howell, "Epilogues," has officially been announced as a selection at the Nashville Film Festival. I'm so excited for the world to finally see this film, which tells an honest and heartbreaking story of two people grappling with friendship and loneliness.

Angela Bassett approved my Sofia Vergara impression!

That title is not a joke. Last night, as part of a game to choose the "next biopic star" presented to Angela Bassett on IMDB asks (streaming live on Amazon), I did my Sofia Vergara impression.

Jerry O'Connell hosted and I went up against a very talented and Springsteen and Walken.

Check the clip out here (fast forward to 22:20 for the game and my impression): http://www.amazon.com/gp/browse.html?node=13409221011

Show Tomorrow and Look Book Memories!

Had a blast last weekend modeling for Patrick Rogers' outerwear look book. Pictures to come and probably another week before all the eye glitter is out of my hair!

Tomorrow is the new Boogiemanja team, 17:38's, debut! Had a blast performing with Pencil's Down last year and now on to make some great new, silly stuff with these guys. Info here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1002747099803841/

Upcoming Shoots and Updates :)

UPDATES:

Excited to announce that I will be taking on the role of Suzanne in the short film, "To New Beginnings" (wt)!

As well as playing Samantha in the upcoming comedic series: 390 Lorimer! Stay tuned for production updates!

And last but not least, I'll be continuing on as an actor on one of the esteemed Boogiemanja sketch teams, 17:38, after a good run with Pencil's Down. Here's to hoping I'll play at least one British boy.
